Best gluten free bakery

Attention all coeliacs of Perth, run to Dough Street.

When we arrived in Perth, my husband came across this amazing little bakery so he could go and get a little treat from and I just went along for the ride, but honestly their baked goods are outstanding and you would never think that you were having a gluten free pastry. As you would have guessed my husband frequents here quite a lot and his stand out favourites are the almond croissants, cinny scrolls and their sausage rolls. Personally, their cheesy vegemite scrolls have been one of my all time favourites. They are super busy on weekends and my husband has had to queue up on the regular but it is definitely worth it the wait.
